Andrew park- ACA

Andrew Park has over 18 years’ accountancy and real estate experience. He is a qualified accountant and holds a degree in Law. His training as an accountant and subsequent experience included a high degree of speciality in financial modelling and analysis, initially centred on social housing before expending into the wider real estate sectors.

Prior to joining Apache Capital Partners, Andrew worked for AEW Europe and ING Real Estate Investment Management and was responsible for fund modelling and strategic analysis for their UK and pan-European platforms. Andrew is responsible for client and internal reporting, financial modelling and analysis across the portfolios to aid acquisition and transactional due diligence as well as provide ongoing quantitate and qualitative management reporting.
