Together with our joint venture partner Moda Living, we have created one of the UK’s largest privately funded multi-family housing platforms.

With KKR, Harrison Street and NFU Mutual as capital partners, we are delivering over 6,000 high quality rental apartments in prime locations in core cities across the UK as part of a £2.0bn pipeline.

We have invested heavily in our joint operational platform with Moda, creating a digital-first customer experience that prioritises connectivity and residents’ wellbeing.

Responding to growing demand for high quality rental housing in suburban locations, we have launched Present Made, the UK’s first purpose-built and designed single-family housing platform, which will be jointly funded by Apache Capital and Nuveen Real Estate.

Through direct development and by working with third-party delivery partners, Present Made is targeting the delivery of over 3,000 homes as part of an initial £1.5bn development pipeline.

Underpinning the design and management of Present Made communities is a net zero operational carbon target that forms a key part of a wider ESG-driven strategy.

Our £315m purpose-built student accommodation portfolio totalled over 1,750 beds in five prime locations across London, Cambridge and major university cities anchored by top-tier higher education institutions.

Upon stabilisation, these assets have been exited to major investors including Greystar, PSP and Allianz. Our London and Cambridge student accommodation schemes set new sector benchmarks, achieving record yields upon disposal.
