A 458 bed student accommodation scheme completed in August 2015. The development was carried out in a Joint Venture with McLaren Property. The completed building comprises two blocks of accommodation with interior-designed communal spaces and common rooms along with a landscaped central courtyard. The development also includes a 45,000 sq ft office building which was pre-sold. Paul Street was sold in April 2019.
