Holland Park was acquired in October 2016. The site is in a prime central location, being situated within a 5 minute walk of the transport hubs at Glasgow’s Central railway station and Charing Cross low level railway station. The site is also moments away from Glasgow’s main shopping street, Sauchiehall. The scheme is designed by Haus Architects, a leading firm of Architects in the city. Four buildings will be arranged around a ‘hidden garden’ in the form of a central courtyard ranging in height from 8 – 16 storeys.
