Andrew Berman – BSC (HONS), FCA

Andrew Berman is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in real estate financial reporting and processing as well as fund reporting and management strategy. Following his Bachelor of Science degree from Leeds University, he qualified in 1996 after training at BDO Stoy Hayward (now BDO LLP) and subsequently focused on turnaround, asset-tracing and investigations.

In 1999 he joined British Land where he was Head of Joint Venture Reporting with reporting oversight of a joint venture portfolio with asset value exceeding £1bn. Between 2007 and 2013 he worked in family office real estate as Head of UK and European Reporting, responsible for cross-jurisdictional portfolios with total asset value exceeding £2bn. He was then involved in developing and training fund reporting teams and has managed investment funds, as well as having worked on a number of development projects. Andrew joined Apache in 2016 and is responsible for financial reporting, taxation, administration and internal projects.
